Funky as can be, Cuisine is an outstanding restaurant theme and coffee shop web template rolled into one. I think you could almost consider Cuisine to be a sort of calling card for a restaurant. This is certainly a theme where the food menu, location, contact information and news are at the forefront, but Cuisine does something special with it’s layout, it adds a really bold front page that introduces everything you have to offer.
There’s one of a variety of headers at the top, you get to pick which one you like the best. Then, there’s the Revolution Slider section for eye catching graphics. Then, prominently placed, is a section for the head chef. Get to know your potential customers, or let them get to know you I suppose, in that area of the site. Then, you’ve got links to your food menu page, current offers, specials or upcoming events below that, another section for more specials, a reservations system below that and then a reviews section, a call to action area and finally, the information rich footer area.
Personally, I’d rather have the address, hours and phone number at the top and I know most restauranteurs would agree, but they didn’t ask me.
Themeum is the developer who created Cuisine and they’re quite popular. Here’s their description of this Cuisine theme, which has sold over 400 times and racked up a strong 4.74 rating on Theme Forest.
