This theme is called Sancho’s and it’s meant to be a nice looking website for upscale Mexican eateries, though I suppose it would work just as well for any sort of restaurant, whether it was an ethnic restaurant or regional dining establishment. What does it matter what *kind* of food you serve? If the theme has the right look, it has the right look and that’s pretty much all there is to it.
And Sancho’s has a look that would fit a lot of restaurants, in my opinion.
Sancho’s was developed by MW Templates, who have been developing WordPress themes for quite a while now, racking up around 7000 sales so far with a solid overall rating, though most of their sales are of PSD templates or HTML templates rather than actually fully developed WordPress themes.

Bear with me here, did you know what a ‘Sancho’ is? I assumed it’s a nickname, like how people named Anthony are often called Tony, Robert can be called Rob or Bob, or Richards can be Dicks.
I’ve known a few that were.
For ladies, it’s the same. Margaret gets two nicknames, Peggy or Daisy. Weird, right? More? Well, gee, I guess I could…Sarah becomes Sally and Mary becomes Polly. Best of all, Buffy is a shortening of Elizabeth.
Anyway, I assumed Sancho was short for something else, like Chava is short for Salvador and Jesús can be shortened to Chuco, even though that’s not much shorter. Also, José becomes Pepe. So all this time, that formerly innocent, mildly amusing frog meme that’s become completely racist was really José the frog? Feels bad man.
Anyway, a ‘Sancho’ is the ‘other man’ when a woman cheats on her husband. Weird, right? Anyway, where was I? Oh yeah, the Sancho WordPress theme. Get it. Or don’t. I don’t care.
I just found out what I was thinking of, maybe. Pancho is a nickname for Francisco. Pancho or Paca, either can be used.
So, that’s our review of Sancho’s with a bunch of extra bullshit thrown in for good measure!
